              1.Light Guide Plate(LGP) :
              Light source(CCFL) directly or indirectly (through lamp cover relection) enters the light
              guide Plate(LGP) and disffuses inside. After optics strucutral design phase from the lower
              part of the light guide Plate(LGP) and the light guide Plate(LGP)(front) and is evenly
              distributed inside the light emitting area.

                 Print light guide Plate£º
                 In the past, light guide Plate printing had been done by means of the frequently used method
                 i.e. evenly distributing light source using high light emitting substances (such as SiO2 and
                 TiO2) printing materials.They are appropriately distributed on the base of the light guide Plate.
                 The light absorbant and diffusive property of the printing material are then utilized to destroy
                 the internal diffusion caused by total reflection .so that light is emitted from the front side and
                 is evenly distributed in the light emitting area.

                 Injection
                 Etch method(imprint pattern) :
                 directly transfer printing point design into model; replace the traditional printing method with
                 actual brightness expressions; etched light guide plate is less ideal than printed light guide
                 sheet

                 Cutting processing :
                 Produce a long slender structure by cutting the front of the light guide plate; the mirror design
                 is similar to the prism structure to produce brighter results. However, in terms of uniform
                 expressions, it is less ideal than the printed light guide plate structure.
